Use ex 25,26 and 27 as your warm-ups thus week. Focus on clean sticking, relaxed technique (don't hit too hard) and an even sound. Really work on pushing the tempo up to 120 Bpm +.
Great start on the intro to Chop Suey. Practice th ps intro groove on the toms for next week.
