Thursday 13/12/18 8pm

Tech work: group b work in staying relaxed at 90bpm.
The second sticking needs to be practiced much slower with an emphasis on the correct mechanics.

Group c triplets and pataflafla's can be played again sets relaxed and tryst the rebound of the stick!

RLrrllRll sticking as a solo idea for lead sheet.

Thursday 13/12/18 7pm

Tech work: take the 5 stroke sticking. Explore by moving the accents over different voices on the kit also take the right hand fir a walk!

Have a go at coming up with "hit" on a brat if a bar. Work out a set up (jumping off point) and experiment with voicings.

Hit me: to the track sounding good. The fills on the furst two pages need a little tidying but overall sound good. Have a go up to section E for next week.

Thursday 13/12/18 6:30pm

Dark matter:
8th nioe hi-hat with left foot on first page. Keep the closing of the hi-hat crisp and secure.
See if you can work in the low rim shot technique as well

Also the snare groove on page three which also has the left foot playing 8th notes underneath.

Thursday 13/12/18 6pm

Technical work: tech study 3 up to the end of the first time bar to for next week. Doubles are looking much better than previously but stay relaxed (don't practice too fast)

London Town: excellent progress! Now just lighten the hi-hat a little and try not to let the snare pull you ahead too much. Fill in bar 14 and 20 just need to be 100% secure now

Thursday 13/12/18 5:30pm

BRL triplet fill ex to practice (as sextuplets)
