Warm up: tech ex's group. Focus on the triplets to a click at 79bpm
Smooth: bar 29-31 better, now needs to have an even flow and feel.
Focus on the groove at D with the accented hi-hats
Standard: now needs running through to the track especially section D.
Watch out for the sticking pattern. (R L R L R RLR L)
Start work on the bass drum pattern at E

Tech work: group b work in staying relaxed at 90bpm.
The second sticking needs to be practiced much slower with an emphasis on the correct mechanics.
Group c triplets and pataflafla's can be played again sets relaxed and tryst the rebound of the stick!
RLrrllRll sticking as a solo idea for lead sheet.

Tech work: take the 5 stroke sticking. Explore by moving the accents over different voices on the kit also take the right hand fir a walk!
Have a go at coming up with "hit" on a brat if a bar. Work out a set up (jumping off point) and experiment with voicings.
Hit me: to the track sounding good. The fills on the furst two pages need a little tidying but overall sound good. Have a go up to section E for next week.

Dark matter:
8th nioe hi-hat with left foot on first page. Keep the closing of the hi-hat crisp and secure.
See if you can work in the low rim shot technique as well
Also the snare groove on page three which also has the left foot playing 8th notes underneath.
